Terms and Conditions for Room Bookings at The Windmill Inn
2. Booking and Payment
- A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is due at the time of booking or in accordance with the selected payment policy (e.g. flexible or non-refundable).
- Confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After this point, the full booking amount will be charged.
- Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
- If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount has already been charged.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules
- No smoking inside the accommodation.
- A £100 cleaning fee will be charged to your card if smoking is detected.
- No pets allowed (unless explicitly agreed in advance).
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
- Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
5. Damages & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection.
6. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
7. Privacy
- Guest information is stored securely and only used in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Legal
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
